Wesley Fielden Holley was born on March 27, 1878 to James Marshall Holley and Mary E. Holley in Decatur County, Tennessee.
He married Miss Jessie Ellen "Jess" Miller.
Mr. Holley died on March 31, 1938 in Houston, Harris County at the age of 60. He preceded his wife in death by 6 years.
