*Obituary
Funeral services for Vancil V. Orr, 61, of 9 S. Rice in Phillips, will be at 4 p.m. Tuesday in Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Guy White, pastor of the First Baptist Church of Phillips, officiating. The Rev. Amos R. Meador, pastor of the First Church of the Nazarene will assist.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Orr died Sunday at his home. He was born Nov. 2, 1913 and lived in this area since 1940.
He was a stillman for Phillips Petroleum Company and was a member of the Adobe Walls Masonic Lodge 1355.
Survivors include two sons, Voyn of Stinnett and Vance of Phillips; one daughter, Mrs. Jeff Holcomb of Borger; two brothers, Varner of Vinson, Okla., and J.W. of Borger; four sisters, Mrs. Clifton West of Oklahoma City, Mrs. James Green of Bethany, Okla., Mrs. Odessa Randall of Bradley, Ill., and Mrs. Dewey Caswell of Hollis, Okla.; and seven grandchildren.
Masonic graveside rites will be under the auspices of Adobe Walls Lodge. All Masons are expected to meet at the lodge hall at 3 p.m. before the funeral.
