Services for E.H. Wood, 88, of Brownfield will be at 2pm, Thursday, September 23, 2010 at Brownfield Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Cleve Kerby officiating. Burial will be in Terry County Memorial Cemetery under the direction of Brownfield Funeral Home.

E.H. went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 22, 2010 in Brownfield. He was born June 29, 1922 in Lamesa, Texas to James B. and Martha Littrell Wood. He attended Klondike High School. He was a WWII Air Force Veteran. E.H. married Evelyn L. Kramer on December 16, 1944 in Brenham. She preceded him in death on May 16, 2003. He was a farmer most of his life. He was a member of the Terry County Sheriff's Posse. He attended and was a member of Brownfield First Baptist Church. He is also preceded in death by a son, Gene Wood; a great granddaughter, Caroline Harlan; a brother, Donald Wood.

E.H. is survived by a daughter, Carol Addison and husband Keith of Seagraves; a grandson, Lynn Addison and wife Leca of Seagraves; a granddaughter, Lezlee Harlan and husband George of Slaton; 4 great grandchildren, Blake and Brooke Addison and Jack and Wyatt Harlan; 3 brothers, Horace Wood and Mac Wood of Seminole and Leldon Wood of Brownfield.
