STINNETT - Clifford P Parkhurst, 73, died Friday, Nov 22, 1996 in Dumas.

Funeral services were at 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 23 at Brown's Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Billy Holland, pastor, officiating.

Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery, under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

A retired field operator of Phillips Petroleum, Mr. Parkhurst was a native of Delaware, Okla., and Stinnett resident for 60 years. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Army in Italy. He was a member of the First Christian Church of Stinnett.

Mr. Parkhurst was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Grace Parkhurst.

Survivors include his wife, Lucille Parkhurst of Stinnett; one son, Johnny Parkhurst of Mesquite; one daughter, Patricia Wells of Bowie; two brothers, Ernest Parkhurst and George Parkhurst, both of Borger; one grandchild and one great grandchild.

STINNETT — Lucille Holland Parkhurst, 88, of Stinnett died Thursday, July 5, 2012, in Dumas.

Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Highland Park Cemetery with Leonard Forsythe officiating. Arrangements are by Brown Funeral Directors of Borger.

Mrs. Parkhurst was born Sept. 23, 1923, in Parks to Hardy and Winnie Welch Holland. She married Clifford Perry Parkhurst on Jan. 8, 1943, in First Christian Church of Borger.

Survivors include a son, John Parkhurst of Mesquite; a daughter, Patricia Wells of Stinnett; a grandson; and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Memorial Nursing and Rehab, 302 E. Second St., Dumas, TX 79029; or Memorial Hospice, 209 S. Bliss Ave., Dumas, TX 79029.
