Jack Ryan Campbell was born on September 17, 1939 in Conroe, Montgomery County, Texas to Elliott Campbell
and Anne Burkett.
Through the 1940 Census Jack was listed as an only child to Elliott and Anne. In 1941, his brother Terry Campbell was born and lived until 1957 at the age of 16.
For his short life, he lived in New Waverly, Walker County, Texas. Jack died on April 19, 1950, also in New Waverly, at the age of 10 years and 7 months of Hodgkin's Disease.
Elliott, Anne, Jack and Terry are all buried together at Hill Cemetery in Walker County, Texas.
