Jesse Lee Hope was born on March 12, 1929 in Cuthand, Red River County, Texas to Amos Springler Hope and Ruby Roberta Hope.
He was a proud Marine Corp. veteran, a long-time employee of Union Carbide, an avid hunter and loved his tractor.
Jesse married Vera Beatrice Roller. From this union they had 2 boys and 1 girl.
Mr. Hope died on December 16, 2015 in Santa Fe, Galveston County, Texas at the age of 86. He is buried by his wife and his mother in Alvin, Brazoria County, Texas.
