Roy L. Pilcher, 59, Borger, Texas, died Tuesday morning. He was the father of Lee Roy Pilcher, 1220 Old Manor, and shop foreman at the Garden City Telegram.

He had been in ill health for some time. His widow and another son, Howard, who is stationed in Korea, survive.

Lillie Norma Pilcher, 78, of Bonham, Texas, died Friday at Fairview Nursing Home in Bonham.

Services are pending with Ed Brown and Sons Funeral Home.

Mrs. Pilcher was a housewife. She was born in Tulsa County, Okla., and a Bonham resident for eight years. She was a Borger resident for 47 years prior to moving to Bonham.

She was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene in Borger.

Survivors are two step-sons, Leroy Pilcher of Garden City, Kan., and Howard Pilcher of Pensacola, Fla., one brother, Walter Hamby of Muskogee, Okla.; two sisters, Mabel Hamilton of Chelsea, Okla., and Noma Howell of Arkansas; and seven grandchildren.
