Edwin Eugene Glenn was born to Bonnie Snodgrass Atkins (1882-1955) and William Joseph Glenn on February 15, 1919 in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
He has 6 siblings; Edna Gladys Glenn Frazee, Julia Jocelyn Glenn Prescott, Claude Glenn (1903-1905), William Earl Glenn, Jack Glenn and Fred Alston Glenn.
Edwin Married Mary Joe Jedlicka. From this union they had 4 children; Edwin Eugene "Rusty" Glenn Jr.,
Deborah Jo Glenn Johnson, John Albert Glenn and an
Infant son, Joseph Glenn.
He enlisted in the U.S. Navy and fought in World War II as a Seaman 1st Class and was Honorably discharged.
Mr. Glenn died on November 5, 1985 at the age of 66 in Montgomery County, Texas. He preceded his wife in death by 21 years. She passed away in 2006 and is buried in McAlester, Pittsburg County, Oklahoma. Edwin is buried with his brothers and father in Houston, Texas.
