Services for Edward H. Salyer are planned at 2 p.m. Thursday in the Gateway Church of Christ, with the minister, Mr. Foster Ramsey, officiating.
The 23-year-old driver for Phillips Petroleum Company was killed early Tuesday morning when his car ran off the highway five miles west of Canadian. Salyer, alone in the car, was en route to visit his father, who lives in Canadian.
Survivors include his wife, Colleen, and one-year-old son Bobby, of the home, 509 Delaware; his father, M.V. Salyer of Canadian; him mother, Mrs. Ester Lytle of Wichita Falls; two sisters, Mrs. G.E. Davis and Mrs. J.C. Henderson, both of Borger; and one brother, Robert Salyer of Utica, Michigan.
Interment will be in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of the Minton Funeral Home.
