Inez Sandefur
October 9, 1926 - December 31, 2017

Inez Sandefur, 91, passed away Sunday, December 31, 2017.

Funeral service will be held 11 am on Saturday, January 6, 2018 in the 1st Church of The Nazarene with Pastor Terry Porter officiating. Burial will follow in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Minton Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm on Friday, December 5, 2018 at the funeral home.

Inez was born October 9, 1926 in Caddo, Oklahoma to Nora and Tandy Russell Dillard. She married Roy Earl ''Sandy'' Sandefur on July 2, 1947 in Borger. Inez graduated from Borger High School in 1944. She was a member of 1st Church of the Nazarene. Inez loved playing bingo and going to casinos. Nothing brought more joy to her life than visiting with her grandkids.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband; and a brother, Don Dillard.

Survivors include sons, Rusty Sandefur and wife Lisa of Houston, John Sandefur and wife Regina of Borger; daughters, Nancy Michener and husband John D. of Rifle, Colorado; eight grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; and a brother, Bob Dillard and wife Linda of Garland.
