Phillip Joseph Michael was born in Minden, Webster Parish, Louisiana on November 15, 1915. His mother is Mabel Foster per his Draft Registration Records.
Phillip enlisted in the U.S. Air Force from March 10, 1942 to September 14, 1945. He served in World War II was honorably discharged.
Mr. Michael died in Harris County, Texas on July 29, 1985 at the age of 69.
