William Abel Ford was born on August 7, 1869 in Creal Springs, Williamson County, Illinois to James M. Ford and Louisa V. Humphrey.
He is the brother of Nancy J. Ford Lovelady and James Riley Ford (died at age 11 in 1889).
William married Emma Belle Monzingo and they had three known children; James Riley Ford, Lena Ruth Ford and Marie Gertrude Ford.
Mr. Ford died on February 19, 1956 in Beaumont, Jefferson County, Texas at the age of 86.
He shares a stone with his son James Riley Ford.
