Final services were to be held at 3:30 p.m. today for James Lewis Self, 77, a Borger resident since 1926. Self died Tuesday morning.

Rev. Gus Bogan of Borger's Central Baptist Church officiated at the service in Ed Brown's Chapel of the Fountains. Interment followed in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown and Son.

Surviving Self are sons A.L. of Farmington, N.M., and Wayne of California, three sisters, two brothers, and one grandchild.
