Gayla Sisco, 72, of Amarillo, died Tuesday, May 3, 2016.
Services will be at 11:00 a.m., Friday, May 6, 2016, in Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel. Burial will follow 1:30 p.m. at Highland Park Cemetery in Borger. Arrangements are by Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors, 2800 Paramount Blvd.
Gayla was born Feb. 19, 1944, in Borger to J.E. and Denith Conner. She earned an Associate's degree in business from Frank Phillips College. Gayla married Robert Sisco on April 1, 1965, in her parent's home in Borger.
For 25 years, Gayla was a legal assistant for criminal attorney, T.D. Hammons. She was a member of Beta Sigma Phi, loved dogs, and loved to coach soccer. She was raised in the Assembly of God Church.
Survivors include her husband, Robert Sisco, of Amarillo; a son, Shannon Sisco, of Amarillo; a daughter, Misty Early and husband Jerad of Amarillo; and three grandchildren, Aiden, Abbey and Fischer.
The family suggests memorials be made to Amarillo SPCA, 11901 S. Coulter St., Amarillo, TX 79119.
