Maymee Tina Kaphan was born on December 18, 1887 in
Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, North Carolina to Manheim Kaphan and Ida Pollock.
She is the sister of Pauline Kaplan Goldsmith, Adeline Kaphan Van Stavoren, Elias Emanuel Kaphan,
Theodore Kaphan, Jean Kaplan Prater and Emy Kaphan Faulconer.
In 1908 in Fulton, Georgia, she married Joseph Levy.
Mrs. Levy died on August 14, 1966 in Houston, Harris County, Texas at the age of 79.
