Ralph Alexander "Sonny" Lower Jr. was born on June 18, 1920 in Brownsville, Cameron County, Texas to Mary Elizabeth Osburn and Ralph Alexander Lower (1892–1961).
He is the brother of Beatrice Lower Lewis.
Mr. Lower died on May 2, 1937 at the age of 16 in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
