Agnes Marie Strickland, 77, Borger, died Sunday, July 18, 1993 in St. Anthony's Hospital in Amarillo.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Tuesday at Riverside Baptist Church with the Rev. Jimmy Gillmore, pastor, officiating.

Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery by Minton-Chatwell Funeral Directors of Borger.

A native of Hanson, Okla., she had been a Borger resident for 46 years. She was a laundry worker at Borger Laundry, and a member of Riverside Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, H.M. Strickland in 1974, and a son, Gene Strickland in 1973.

Survivors include a son, Mack Strickland of Mobeetie; three sisters, Martha Kennen of Oklahoma; Billie Dobbs of Dallas; and Hazel Raines of California; five grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to Riverview Baptist Church.
