PADUCAH Funeral services for Lawson William Havins, 81, of Paducah will be at 2 p.m. today at the First Baptist Church in Paducah with the Rev. James Mantooth, pastor, officiating.
Burial will be in Paducah Garden of Memories cemetery under the direction of Seigler Funeral Home of Paducah.
He died Thursday, Sept. 26, 2002.
He was born May 23, 1921, in Finney. He graduated from Grow High School. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He married Henrietta Smith on Jan. 7, 1944, in Hollis, Okla. He was a farmer and a member of the First Baptist Church in Paducah and a resident of Paducah since 1970.
Survivors include his wife; three daughters; a brother; eight grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
