Services for Mrs. Ann Tamplen, 76, of 712 Whittenburg, were at 2 p.m. today in Chapel of the Fountains with the Rev. Alvin Walker, associate pastor of the First Baptist Church of Borger, officiating.
Burial was in Highland Park Cemetery by Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Tamplen died at 1:30 p.m. Monday in North Plains Hospital.
A housewife, Mrs. Tamplen was born in Ozan, Ark. She had been a Borger resident for 53 years. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Borger.
She is survived by two sons, Paul Clements of Plainview and J.W. Clements of Temple Terrace, Fla.; a daughter, Mrs. Bobbie Jean Cummings of Hope, Ark.; a brother, George Lamb of Borger; a sister, Agnes Waldrep of Borger; seven grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
