Almon Nimrod Jester was born on May 1, 1895 in Houston, Harris County, Texas to Robert A. Jester and Rosalie Arto.
He is the brother of Katherine M. Jester, Ruby Ann Jester, Pearl Jester and Jacob Frederick Jester.
In 1921, he married Helen Mary Ollre and they are the parents of Rosemary Jester, Robert Jester, Leo Gilbert Jester, David Lee Jester, Anthony George Jester and Ollre Almon Jester. From 1938-1950 Helen was admitted to the State Hospital, where she stayed until right before her death in 1950. Almon remarried.
His wife, Ramona Jester was the informant on his death certificate and the applicant for his military marker.
Mr. Jester died on June 17, 1946 at the age of 51 in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
