Thomas Harlen Stull was born on September 7, 1853 in Franklin County, Illinois to William and Elizabeth Stull.

1850 Census shows the family living in Jackson County, Tennessee.
1860 Census shows the family living in Jackson County, Illinois.
1870 Census shows the family living in Franklin County, Illinois.
On January 1, 1883, Thomas married Miss Alice Stengel in Richland, Illinois. She is the daughter of Bernard Stengel (of Canada/Illinois) and Mary Stengel (of Virginia).
His usual occupation was a farmer and a blacksmith.
Thomas and Alice were living in Brazoria County, Texas according to the 1900 Census. They had no children living with them at that time or any future census.
Mr. Stull died on December 16, 1919 at the age of 61 in Angleton, Brazoria County, Texas. His cause of death was Epilepsy. Thomas preceded his wife in death by 28 years. She is buried at Fritschle Cemetery in Richland County, Illinois.
