*Obituary
Mrs. Betty Umphfres, a Borger resident, until last February when she moved with her daughter Mrs. Misha Skaggs to Gravette, Arkansas, died Saturday in Gravette at the age of 80.
She is survived by Mrs. Skaggs and three sons: Robert Umphfres and Elmer Umphfres, both of Phillips, and E.D. Umphfres of Bentonville, Arkansas. Also surviving are seven brothers, a sister, eight grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
Services are scheduled Wednesday at 2:30 p.m. in the First Baptist Church at Phillips with Rev. Shad Rue officiating. Burial will follow in the local cemetery under the direction of Simpson's Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be E.M. Shaw, Earl B. Combs, John F. Cook, Roy L. Turner, Jess Hall and M.R. Turner.
