BORGER - Funeral services for Mrs. Lucille Avo Van Loon, 57, of Borger, are scheduled at 2 p.m. Saturday in the First Baptist Church here with the Rev. Paul Burleson officiating.
Burial will be in Highland Park Cemetery under direction of Simpson Funeral Home.
Mrs. Van Loon, who died Thursday morning in North Plains Hospital, was a member of the women's auxiliary of the Veterans of Foreign Wars and worked with disabled veterans in the Borger area.
She and her first husband, Vesper Perry, moved to Borger from Amarillo in 1932. He preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, J.O. Van Loon; a son, Pete Perry with the U.S. Navy in Charleston, S.C.; two brothers, Raymond Brock of California and Otis Brock of Germany; a sister, Mrs. Patsy Day of Borger, and two grandchildren.
