John A. "Chuck" Weinberg, 72, of Borger died Tuesday, Nov. 25, 1997 in Palo Duro Nursing Home in Claude.
Graveside services were held at 11 a.m. Wednesday at Highland Park Cemetery with the Rev. Leonard Forsythe, pastor of Bible Baptist Church, officiating.
Interment was in Highland Park Cemetery under the direction of Brown Funeral Directors.
A pipeline welder, he was a native of Ballinger and a Borger resident for 60 years.
Serving in the Army, he was a veteran of World War II.
He was preceded in death by his father, Virgil Weinberg in 1937; his sister, Marilyn Ramsey in 1987; and his mother, Mary Ellen Weinberg in November of 1988.
Survivors include one sister, Venola Cooley of Tulsa, Oklahoma.
