*Obituary
Graveside services for Jack Wallace Atwood, 47, of 708 N. Frost, will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Wheeler Cemetery with the Rev. Earl Maddux, pastor of the Fellowship Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be under the direction of Carmichael-Whatley Funeral Directors.

Mr. Atwood died at about 12:30 a.m. Wednesday at his home.

He was born in Wheeler County June 6, 1934. He attended schools at Kelton, and married Pat Fugate in 1965 at Las Vegas.

Survivors include his wife, three sons, three daughters, three stepsons, two brothers, a sister, and nine grandchildren.
