Wheeler Times - April 12, 1934
Alfred Emmet, the 9-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. Joe Bryant, who live northwest of Wheeler, died Wednesday, April 11, following a brief illness from measles. He is survived by his parents, four brothers and two sisters.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. J.E. Kirby and Rev. A.C. Wood at the Methodist Church in Wheeler Thursday afternoon. Interment was made in the Wheeler Cemetery, with Gunter-Nix Mortuary in charge.
