CLYDE – Lawrence S. Bruton, 59, of Clyde died Thursday, March 10, 2016 at an Abilene hospital.
Graveside services will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 12, 2016 at the Belle Plaine Cemetery with Pastor Billy Sellers officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7:00 p.m. Friday at Bailey-Howard Funeral Home of Clyde.
Lawrence was born July 30, 1956 in Baird to Walter Raleigh and Rosa Lee (Roberts) Bruton.
He attended and graduated from Clyde High School and was a lifetime member of Callahan County.
He was a member of Southside Baptist Church and liked to fish and hunt.
He is survived by two sons, Daniel Bruton and wife Amanda of Clyde and Cody Bruton and wife Dusty of Clyde; three brothers, Walter Bruton of Baird, Charlie Bruton of Clyde and Howard Bruton of Waco.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a nephew.
