*Obituary
Verna Faye Callan, 48, passed away in Parkview Hospital after a short illness on February 25, 1968.

She was born Dec. 7, 1919 at Zybach, Texas to Harry and Artie Greenhouse, She married Dudley Callan, Aug. 25, 1938 at Wheeler.

Verna had lived in Wheeler all her life.

She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Wheeler.

Survivors are two daughters: Mrs. Monroe Page, of Mineral Wells and Cathy Callan of the home; one brother: Aubrey Greenhouse of Mobeetie; her mother: Mrs. H.H. Greenhouse of Wheeler and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held in the First Baptist Church of Wheeler, Wednesday, Feb. 28, 1968 with Rev. M.B. Smith of Pampa officiating.

Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Wright-Denson Funeral Home.

Serving as pall bearers were Odell Mantooth, Milton Liles, Buster Callan, Henry Kinnard, Henry Mills, and Clayton Callan.
