Mr. Caswell was born February 10, 1940 in Wheeler, graduating from Wheeler High School in 1958. In his younger years, he was active in Boy Scouts, and was a great roller skater. He was active in promoting the “Go Tell Ministries.” Bill loved playing his guitar with his wife and friends.
