Funeral services for S.B. Davis, 74, will be held at 3 p.m. Wednesday in the First Methodist Church of Wheeler with the Rev. John Rakestraw pastor of the Wesley Methodist Church of Borger officiating, assisted by the Rev. O.C. Evans and the Rev. Robert Ely.
Davis, a resident of Borger for the last eight years, died at North Plains Hospital at 8:05 p.m. Monday. He was a member of the Isom Masonic Lodge 1242 AF&AM and the Wesley Methodist Church.
Survivors include his wife Stella of the home; five sons, Bernice and Ray, both of Borger, Henry of Stinnett, Dick of Portland, Oregon, and Andy of Bellavista, Arkansas; three daughters, Mrs. Doc Dalton of Borger, Mrs. Geneva Shaw of Albuquerque, New Mexico, and Mrs. Bessie Cooper of Stinnett; 14 grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in the Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown, funeral director. Graveside services will be held by the Isom Lodge.

Services will be at 2 p.m. today for Mrs. Stella Ann Davis at Ed Brown & Sons Chapel of the Fountains.
Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery under the direction of Ed Brown & Sons Funeral Directors. The Rev. Mike Savage, pastor of the Eastside Baptist Church, will officiate.
Mrs. Davis died Friday. She was 88. She lived at 512 N. Harvey.
She had lived in Borger for the past 26 years. Mrs. Davis was born in Poolville. She moved here from Wheeler County.
Mrs. Davis was a member of the Eastside Baptist Church.
Surviving are four sons, Bernice and Ray of Borger, Henry of Stinnett, Andy of Bentonville, Ark.; two daughters, Mrs. Bob Cooper of Stinnett and Mrs. Geneva Conwell of Albuquerque, N.M.; three sisters, Mrs. C.E. Box and Mrs. Florence Burrous, both of Borger, and Mrs. E.L. Keith of Bella Vista, Ark.; 14 grandchildren, 32 great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Bob Davis, Bill Davis, Fred Cooper, Jim Davis, and Bob Martin.
