WHEELER (Staff) - Funeral services for James Nathan Edwards, Jr., 45, were held at 2 p.m. today in Missionary Baptist Church with burial in Wheeler Cemetery directed by Wright-Denson Funeral Home.
Mr. Edwards died Sunday in Veterans Administration Hospital in Amarillo from injuries he sustained when he fell from a moving automobile near Wheeler Jan. 29.
Survivors are his wife, Jean of the home; two daughters, Mrs. Joann Stacey, Wheeler and Rita Sue of the home; three sons, Jimmy, Cheyenne, Okla., and Thomas and Nathan both of the home; his mother, Mrs. Ethel Peters, Sayre, Okla. and two grandchildren.
