Born in Oklahoma.
Son of George Henry Izard and Sarah Ann Elizabeth Moran.
Husband of Elizabeth Cleveland Frisby Izard. (Lizzie Kate). Married in 1905 in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. Records show they had 5 children; family says there were only 4.
Mr. Izard died from complications of tuberculosis in Austin, Travis County, Texas at the age of 62.
