Born in Iowa.
Husband of Sybil Adele Oliver.
Father of Chester C. Brown, Sybil A. Brown Montgomery and George T. Brown.
Died at the age of 67 in Houston, Harris County, Texas. His parents are buried together in Maryland at Loudon Park Cemetery.
