Ardell George, 81, died Saturday, January 9, 1988 at Canadian.
Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Church of Christ, David Zybach, lay minister from Briscoe, officiated and Mike Heatwole, minister assisted. Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery by Stickley-Hill Funeral Home.
Mrs. George was a longtime Canadian resident. She was a member of the Church of Christ.
Survivors include a son, Eddie George of Briscoe; two brothers, Evart Goad of Pampa and Emmit Goad of Riverside, Calif.; two sisters, Ruby Zybach of Briscoe and Berger Goad of Encino, Calif.; three grandchildren; and a great grandchild.
