Services for Maye Lamb, 86, of Plainview will be 4 p.m., today in the First Baptist Church with Dr. Cleve Kerby and Rev. Robert Moore officiating.
Burial will be in Englewood Cemetery under the direction of Englunds Funeral Service.
She died Sunday, July 4, 1999, in the Covenant Hospital in Plainview.
She was born on Jan. 9, 1913, in Goodlett. She graduated from Groesbeck High School. She married Bert Lamb on Dec. 17, 1930, in Altus, Okla. They moved to Slaton in January 1943 where they farmed until retiring in 1973. He preceded her in death in 1993. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Slaton and the TEL Sunday School Class. She moved to Plainview in 1994.
Survivors include two daughters, Bertie Mae Robertson and Ruby Jo Brantley Goodwin, both of Plainview; a brother, Charlie Stephens of Onieda, S.D.; five grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.
