He Lived With Honor
Born in Bedias, Grimes County, Texas to Logan Joel Absolum Ballard and Julia Doris Shivers Ballard.
He was one of seven children born to Logan and Julia.
In 1948, he became the husband of Joyce Evelyn Crundwell Ballard, they were married for 57 years.
Mr. Ballard died at the age of 81.
