James David "Jimmy" Minor was born in Sapulpa, Creek County, Oklahoma to David Melvin Minor and Alice Elizabeth Cady.
Brother of Carl Patrick Minor, Julia Ann Minor and Clifford Phillip Minor.
Mr. Minor died at the age of 25 in Henrico County, Virginia.
