Funeral services for Mrs. Ann Hamilton were held Tuesday, Oct. 4 at the Methodist Church at Wheeler, at 3 o'clock with Rev. Hubert Bratcher from Pampa and Rev. R.O. Browder from Big Springs, Tex., officiating.

Ann O. Hamilton was born at Parsley Scottland [sic] and came to America at the age of 19. On March 2, 1916 at Salt Lake City, Utah, she was married to Monroe Hamilton and in so doing became a citizen of the United States.

They came to Allison-Zybach Community from Salt Lake and remained there until about 4 years ago when they moved to Pampa to be near medical care. She was a member of the Latter Day Saints in Salt Lake.

Survivors are besides her husband, M.M. Hamilton; two daughters, Mrs. Edith Aitkenhead of St. Louis, Mo., and Mrs. Emma Rogers of Allison; one sister, Mrs. Mary Wood of Salt Lake City and 4 grandchildren. Two brothers and three sisters preceded her in death.

Pall bearers were: Dave Kiker, Sam Begert, Wayne Taylor, Vern Lohberger, Glen Elmore and G.L. Aderholt.

Interment was in the Wheeler Cemetery with Kirk Funeral home of Wheeler in charge of the rites.
