Mrs. Bert Hillman of Reydon, Okla., died Friday, Oct. 18, at her home after a long illness. She moved to Wheeler county with her parents about 25 years ago and had spent most of the time since then in the northern part of the county, where she made many friends. She was a member of the First Baptist church at Allison and took an active part, in the various departments of the church as long as her health would permit.

Mary Etta Risner was born Aug. 3, 1889, at Waynesboro, Tenn., and died Oct. 18, 1925, at Reydon, Okla., at the age of 46 years, two months and 15 days.

In 1914 she was married to Bert Hillman and eight children were born to this union. Besides the devoted husband she is survived by four sons and three daughters, Clarence, Marie, Roland, Leonard, Aline, LeRoy and Gayle; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. M.L. Risner, Allison; four brothers and three sisters, Jim and Hobart Risner, Wheeler; Sam and Frank Risner, Allison; Mrs. Sarah Helton, Raymondville; Miss Annie Risner and Mrs. Bell Baxter, Allison, and a number of other relatives and friends. An infant preceded the mother in death; also a sister, Mrs. Lula Dyer.

Funeral services were conducted at the local Baptist church by Rev. A.C. Wood at 11 o'clock, Saturday morning, with burial in the Wheeler cemetery.
