*Obituary
WHEELER - Final rites are scheduled at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in the First Baptist Church for Mrs. Sibyl C. Carter, 63, a Wheeler resident for 17 years.
The Rev. M.B. Smith of Alanreed will officiate and burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Carter died early Sunday in Parkview Hospital here.
Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Gene Wood of Meeker, Colo., and Mrs. Yreya Topper of Wheeler; a brother, Earl Mitchell of Shamrock; four sisters, Mrs. Ella Mae Hawe and Mrs. Mary Chesher, both of Marble Falls, Mrs. Icyl Littrell of Wheeler and Mrs. Viola Hockett of Kentwood, La.; 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
