Clara Helen Seedig Cole, 77, formerly of Amarillo died Thursday, May 2, 2002, in Dalhart.

Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Monday in Wheeler Cemetery in Wheeler with Jimmye Cole, pastor of Dalhart Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are by Rector Funeral Home of Amarillo, 2800 S. Osage St.

Mrs. Cole was born in Wheeler County. She married C. Everett "Lad" Cole in 1948 at Wheeler. They moved to Amarillo in 1972 from Pampa. She worked as a nurse in Shamrock and Pampa.

She was preceded in death by her husband in 1987.

Survivors include two daughters, Phillis Garner and husband, Dale, of Amarillo and Becky Voight and husband, Allan, of Hartley; a son, Roger E. Cole of Amarillo; a sister, Emillee Mills of Amarillo; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to Alzheimer's Association of Amarillo.

Visitation will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home in Amarillo.
