Harold Glenn Douglas, 71, of Amarillo died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2009.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Wheeler Cemetery with Jim Sinyard of Pampa officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Home of Wheeler.

Harold was born July 27, 1938, in Wheeler to Robert Harmon Douglas and Mary Vivian Emler Douglas. Harold was a graduate of Wheeler Schools.

He married Judy Carol Rhodes in 1983 in Fritch. He lived in Amarillo for three years, moving from Pampa. Harold was a self-employed truck driver.

Survivors include his wife, Judy Douglas; five sons, Tony Douglas of Pampa, Frank Douglas of Washburn, Monty Douglas of Newport News, Va., Rory Douglas of Amarillo and Stony Douglas of Camen, Wash.; four daughters, Glenda Hankins of Pampa, Kam Douglas of Amarillo, Tandy Douglas of Midland and Kim Gartner of Mansfield; 19 grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three brothers, Bill Douglas of Pampa, P.A. Davis of Borger and Thurman Davis of Brokenbow, Okla.; and five sisters, Mary Montgomery of Fallon, Nev., Neomia Bates of Boise, Idaho, Mona Harris of Fort Towson, Okla., Billie Welty of Amarillo and Linda Stewart of Weatherford, Okla.

The family suggests memorials be to American Cancer Society, 3915 S. Bell St., Amarillo, TX 79109.
