Mrs. Lorene Roper Errington, 62, died Wednesday, January 25, 1978, in Amarillo.
Services were at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, January 28, 1978, in First Methodist Church with Rev. Ernie McGaughey, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Errington was born at Henderson. She had been a resident of Wheeler since 1925. She married R.E. (Buddy) Errington in Sayre, Oklahoma, November 19, 1935. He died in 1969. She had been employed for the past seven years in Parkview Hospital. She was a Methodist.
She was survived by two sons, Kenneth and Bill both of Amarillo; a daughter, Mrs. Brenda Dickinson of McLean; a brother, Gordon Roper of Wheeler; a sister, Mrs. Hazel Parks of Wheeler; a half sister, Mrs. Lela Wilson of Pampa; and seven grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Milton Liles, Dudley Miller, Teed Pond, James Verden, Thurman Rives and N.D. Ware, Jr.
