Long-Time Wheeler Resident Succumbs
Word has been received here of the death of Ernie Jacobs, 62, a long-time resident of Wheeler.
Mr. Jacobs, who lived with his sister, Mrs. Sylvia McCracken northwest of Wheeler for the past 15 years, died April 7 and burial services were held April 9 in Wheeler Church of Christ.
Survivors include two brothers, Verne R. Jacobs of Jewel, Kan., and Ralph G. Jacobs of Mankato, Kan., three sisters, Mrs. Pearl Wilson of Formosa, Kan., Mrs. Goldie Noland, More Bay, Calif., and Mrs. McCracken of Wheeler also survive.
