Rites are Today for Mrs. Grant
PADUCAH (Special) – Rites for Mrs. Fannie Alice Grant, 83, longtime area resident, will be at 2 p.m. today in the Missionary Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard Bolt, Pastor, and the Rev. G. C. Laney, retired minister, officiating.
Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery under direction of Norris Funeral Home here.
Mrs. Grant a native of Wood County died Monday afternoon in a Quanah convalescent home where she had been a patient for the past three months. She had lived in Paducah 41 years and was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors are two daughters, Mrs Vicie Shook, O’Donnell, and Mrs. Lorene Wicker, San Antonio; three sons, H F. and Kenneth, both of Paducah, and C. A., Ralls; two nephews, Noble Grant, Ralls, and Walter Grant, Denver City; 22 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.
