WHEELER - Travis D. Keelin, 75, of Briscoe, died Monday, June 7, 1993.

Services were at 2:30 p.m. today in First Baptist Church of Wheeler with the Rev. Don Larkin, retired Baptist minister of Amarillo, and the Rev. Robert Helsley, pastor, officiating. Burial was in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Keelin, born in Fannin County, moved to Briscoe in 1940. He married Rosalie Bradstreet in 1940 at Dumas. He was a custom harvester and construction worker. He was a member of the Baptist church in Briscoe until it disbanded.

Survivors include his wife; four sons, James Keelin of Briscoe, Jerry Kellin of Shamrock, Gene Keelin of Wheeler and Joey Keelin of Pasadena; 12 grandchildren; and 11 great-grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to a favorite charity.

BIOGRAPHY- Rosalie Keelin was born August 17, 1922 in Wheeler to Marvin and Eula DaVee Bradstreet. She married Travis Keelin and he preceded her in death in 1993.

Mrs. Keelin was a LVN, she loved to play the piano and sing and she loved her kids and grandkids. She was a lifetime resident of Wheeler and a member of the First Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.

Visitation will be at Robertson Funeral Directors, 311 N. Wall St. Shamrock, on Wednesday, October 26, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM.
