H. Leo Lamb, 54, died Saturday in Amarillo.

Services were at 2 p.m. Monday at First Baptist Church with Rev. David Campbell of Panhandle and Rev. Jerry Hogan, pastor, officiating. Burial was in the Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Lamb was born in Palo Pinto and had lived in Wheeler County most of his life. He was a farmer, a veteran of World War II and a member of the First Baptist Church.

Survivors include his wife, Bonnie; three sons, Allen of Amarillo, Ronald of San Francisco, Calif. and Steve of Wheeler; two daughters, Mrs. Carol Floyd of Arlington and Mrs. Debora Jeffers of Fritch; one brother, T.H. of Downey, Calif.; two sisters, Mrs. Lou Richards of Lancaster, Calif. and Mrs. Virgie McCasland of New Orleans, La.; and two grandchildren.

Pall bearers were Boyd Austin, W.A. Funderburk, Virgil Patterson, N.L. Sechrist, James Verden and Don Whiteley.

WHEELER - Bonnie Jo Lamb, 72, died Friday, June 2, 2000.

Graveside services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Wheeler Cemetery with the Rev. Charles Ballard, pastor of the Wheeler Church of the Nazarene, officiating. Arrangements are by Wright Funeral Home.

Mrs. Lamb was born in Shamrock and moved to Wheeler in 1950. She was a nurses aide at Shamrock General Hospital and Parkview Hospital in Wheeler for several years. She also worked for Shepards Crook Home Health Agency in Wheeler. She was a member of First Baptist Church.

She married Leo Lamb in 1946 at Lela. He died in 1979.

Survivors include two daughters, Carol Sutherland of Horseshoe Bay and Deborah Jeffers of Plainview; two sons, Allen Lamb of Canyon and Steve Lamb of Wheeler; a brother, Oliver McLemore of Lela; four sisters, Bessie McLemore and Imogene Steel, both of McLean; Juanita Hewitt of Vandalia, Ill., and Viola McLemore of Lela; and six grandchildren.

The family suggests memorials be to a favorite charity.
