Graveside services for Carrel Key Laycock, 81, were conducted Monday, January 30, 1989, at 10:30 o'clock in the morning in Wheeler cemetery.
Rev Robert Helsley, pastor of the First Baptist Church in Wheeler,officiated. Arrangements were by Wright Funeral Home of Wheeler.
Mr. Laycock died Friday, January 27, 1989 in Amarillo.
Born in Collingsworth, Carrel Key Laycock and Bessie Lucile Sechrist were married in 1927 in Wellington.
He was a retired farmer. He moved to Wheeler from Dozier in 1947. He was a Methodist.
A daughter, Saundra Kay Laycock, preceded him in Death.
Survivors include his wife of the home in Wheeler; three daughters: Anita Reeves of Wheeler, Glenda Fletcher of Pampa and Carolyn Marchant of San Antonio; a son, Clyde Laycock of Pampa; 11 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
