WHEELER - Lillian Lee, 93, died Monday, Sept. 11, 2006, in Amarillo.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in First United Methodist Church with the Rev. Tom Woodward, pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.
Mrs. Lee was born March 20, 1913, in Montague County to Thomas and Pearl Reynolds. She married Lonnie Britt Lee in 1931 in Clovis, N.M. He preceded her in death in 1953.
Mrs. Lee lived in Wheeler County for 75 years. She owned and operated City Drug in Wheeler for 45 years. She also worked at Lancaster's Department Store for 10 years. Mrs. Lee retired in 1975. She was a member of First United Methodist Church in Wheeler and the Order of the Eastern Star.
Survivors include two daughters, Lonnelle Kenady and husband Arden of Amarillo and Shari Porter and husband Jim of Wheeler; four grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorials be to First United Methodist Church or Wheeler Ex-Students Association, in care of Stacy Horton, 1604 Ellis St., Wheeler, TX 79096.
