Jerry Lee Lewis, 58, died Tuesday, February 15, 1994.

Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday in the Wheeler Church of Christ with Bill Morrison, minister, officiating. Burial will be in the Wheeler Cemetery by Wright Funeral Home.

Mr. Lewis was born in Wheeler and attended school here. He married Beverly Bradshaw in 1954 at Wheeler. He moved to Azle and lived there until 1976, when they moved to Santa Fe, N.M. The couple returned to Wheeler in 1991. He worked for General dynamics in Ft. Worth for 20 years. He also had worked in real estate and for the Texas Refining Co. in Santa Fe. He has served with the National Guard. He was a member of Church of Christ.

Pallbearers are Monty Fastnacht, Huey Ley, Ken Hastey, Lyndon Loyd, Rodney Puryear and Larry Finsterwald. Honorary pallbearers are George McLaurin, Daryl Snelgrooes, Malvin Coate, Elmer Harrison, Skeet Johnson, Brady Meadows and Bob McCain.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Lanette Lewis of Kotzebue, Alaska and Beverly Gene deGruyther of Albuquerque, N.M.; a sister, Amy Contino of Toronto, Canada and four grandchildren.

The family requests memorials be to the American Heart Association.
